Information you give us
When you submit the contact form we collect your name, business name, email address, and optionally your phone number, along with the details you choose to tell us about your situation. We use that information solely to respond to you and, if you become a client, to provide the services you have engaged us for.
We do not add you to a mailing list, we do not run automated marketing sequences, and we do not sell, rent or share your information with third parties for their own marketing purposes. Ever.
Information collected automatically
This website does not use advertising cookies or third party tracking pixels. It does not embed social media trackers. Fonts, styles, scripts and images are served from this domain rather than from third party networks, so loading a page does not report your visit to anyone else.
Standard web server logs record IP address, browser type, pages requested and timestamps, which are retained for a short period for security and diagnostics. If privacy respecting analytics are added in future, this notice will be updated before they are enabled.
Client information
Where we provide services, we necessarily handle financial records belonging to your business. That information is treated as confidential, is accessed only by those performing or reviewing your work, and is held in access controlled systems.
We access accounting and banking systems on a read only basis wherever the platform supports it. We do not require, and do not want, the ability to move money on your behalf.
Records are retained for the period required by professional and legal obligations, after which they are securely destroyed. On request, we will provide a complete export of your data at any time, at no charge, including if you are ending the engagement.
Sharing information
We share client information only with your authorisation, for example with your tax preparer or lender at your request, or where we are legally required to do so. Service providers we rely on to operate, such as accounting platforms and secure file transfer, act under confidentiality obligations.
Your choices
You may ask us what information we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted where we are not required to retain it. Write to us at the email address above and we will respond within thirty days.
Changes to this notice
If this notice changes materially, the updated version will be published here with a revised date. Continuing to use the site after that point means the current version applies.
